Len Noble, Past Potentate of Oleika Shriners was elected as the 53rd President of the South Atlantic Shrine Association at their annual convention in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina in August 2025.

Noble became a Shriner with Oleika Shriners in March 1980, and was elected to serve as Potentate in 1988. Noble was one of the youngest Shriners  to serve as Potentate for Oleika Shriners. He was also the first Potentate to host the South Eastern Shrine Association in Lexington, Kentucky in 1988.

 Noble belongs to Breathitt Lodge 649 F&AM in his hometown of Jackson, Kentucky, where he is a 49 year member, and also belongs to the Lexington Scottish Rite Consistory where he is a KCCH.

 He resides in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, and is married to Vicki J. Noble, and have 3 children, Travis Fritz, Lee Noble, and Lauren Klee, and 1 granddaughter, Scarlett Victoria Fritz.
